Each week, new filings are added to proceedings that affect California’s utility services and consumers. These filings include Proposed Decisions, complaints, and applications that may influence future regulatory actions.

For the week of August 4–8, 2025, there were no Proposed Decisions open for public comment. However, two new proceedings were filed.

On August 1, 2025, PacifiCorp submitted an application (A25-08-001) seeking approval of its 2026 energy and gas-related forecast. The application aims to set cost recovery forecasts and align revenues for the upcoming year. More information on this filing can be found at View Filing | Docket Card.

Another proceeding (A25-08-002) was filed on August 8, 2025. The Center for Accessible Technology requested intervenor compensation related to Resolution E‑5395. This request seeks reimbursement for costs incurred during participation in the Commission’s decisionmaking process regarding the resolution. Details are available at View Filing | Docket Card.

Members of the public can submit comments on any Proposed Decision through the CPUC Docket Card or subscribe to specific proceedings to receive updates and notices.
