Glow-in-the-dark baseball is scheduled to arrive in downtown Fresno in 2026. The Fresno Grizzlies announced that the Cosmic Baseball “Cosmic Takeover Tour” will be held at Chukchansi Park that year.

The tour has received national attention, having sold out all of its 2025 stops and being featured on The Today Show, ABC News, Sports Illustrated, and MLB Network.

Cosmic Baseball features teams such as the Chili Peppers and Glow Mojis competing under black lights with neon uniforms and UV-reactive baseballs. Games are played with the stadium lights off for the duration.

“We’re always excited to have the opportunity to bring special, unique national headlining acts here to Chukchansi Park,” said Jonathan Bravo, director of marketing & communications for the Grizzlies. “This is really special to the community and we’re really excited to partner with Cosmic Baseball.”

The event follows two years after a visit by another entertainment-focused baseball group, the Savannah Bananas. That team did not return to Fresno in 2025.
