The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has extended the registration deadline for its 2025 Retirees Conference to Monday, September 15, 2025. The event is scheduled for October 20-22 at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

This year’s conference theme is “Leaders and Legends,” focusing on honoring retirees’ contributions while preparing for future efforts within the union. According to IAM, “This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union.”

Attendees can expect guest speakers, breakout sessions, and opportunities to connect with other members who have contributed to the organization’s history. A tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is planned as a highlight on Wednesday, October 22.

IAM encourages interested participants to register before the new deadline.
