Cumulus Media’s 93.7 KISS Country has announced the winners of its “The Farm-Tastic Four” contest, an initiative aimed at recognizing young people in the Fresno area for their achievements in agriculture.

The contest was open to students aged 5 to 19 who are active in organizations such as FFA, 4-H, and Grange. Nominations were submitted by students, parents, teachers, and other adults through the station’s website.

Four students were chosen for their contributions and accomplishments in agriculture. Each winner received a $500 Mastercard gift card, provided by sponsors Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella, Hedrick’s Chevrolet, International Agri-Center, and OrCal Inc.

The winners for 2025 are:

– Taite Strohmenger of Los Banos, who received two County Fair Best of Show Master Showmanship awards at the California State Fair and is known for showing pigs and sheep.

– Graysen Lopes of Hanford, who donated almost $7,000 from her market lamb auction proceeds to Valley Children’s.

– Zoey Wooten of Los Banos, a student athlete and FFA member who was part of the third-place national dairy judging team in 2023.

– Courtney Fernandes of Dos Palos, a member of both FFA and 4-H who is recognized for her passion for writing, creativity, and agriculture.

“This contest highlights the hard work and dedication of local youth in agriculture,” said a representative from 93.7 KISS Country.
