Kotman Technology marked a milestone with the opening of its new headquarters in Clovis, hosting a ribbon-cutting event on October 21 attended by employees, clients, and community members. The company, which began as a one-person operation in 2005, now owns a custom-built facility in the Clovis Research and Technology Business Park.

Founder and President Jon Kotman said, “We got the opportunity to design everything just for us.” The building includes features such as a large breakroom for staff, conference rooms for collaboration, and ample natural light.

The company’s growth over two decades has led it from shared spaces in North Fresno and downtown locations to its own dedicated headquarters. Vice President Luke Ross noted the move was necessary due to expansion: “We grew within downtown and kind of maxed out our footprint as far as what the other suites would allow for,” he said.

Kotman added that securing their own space was about preparing for future growth. “We were kind of in a spot where we wanted to have our own space that would be just for our team – an opportunity that we would have additional space so that as we did grow, we would have room to grow in that space,” he said.

Ross highlighted how the new building has improved client engagement. “It’s created a new opportunity to sit down and engage and in a lot of ways be able to have strategy conversations that probably we couldn’t have before due to space.”

The company provides technology support and services across sectors such as agriculture, health care, education, accounting, engineering, and manufacturing throughout Central Valley. Looking forward, leadership has set targets for further expansion. “Our 10-year vision is to be the premiere technology partner serving over 10,000 people by the year 2032,” Ross said. “That is our goal, and I’m proud to say we’re on track to do it.”

Kotman emphasized their ongoing commitment: “Our clients do cool things, and we get to help them do that.”
