The California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) has announced that PRIDE Industries has joined its membership. PRIDE Industries is recognized as the largest employer of people with disabilities in the United States and offers facilities management and electronics manufacturing services. The company also employs veterans and former foster youth, focusing on providing job opportunities to individuals who face barriers to employment.

Lance Hastings, President & CEO of CMTA, said, “PRIDE Industries is an exceptional addition to CMTA’s membership, and I am thrilled to welcome them to the association. Manufacturers across California are looking toward strong workforce development avenues, and PRIDE Industries’ commitment to creating meaningful career pathways and delivering high-quality products strengthens our state. I look forward to working together to advance opportunity and competitiveness across the industry.”

Tony Lopez, Vice President of Manufacturing & Logistics Services at PRIDE Industries, stated, “PRIDE Industries is excited to join CMTA and collaborate with leaders shaping the future of California manufacturing. With decades of hands-on experience in precision manufacturing and industrial operations across the state, we bring proven expertise in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. As a social enterprise, we’re committed to driving innovation and inclusion—strengthening California’s manufacturing sector while creating pathways for diverse talent and sustainable growth.”

PRIDE Industries is based in Roseville and operates throughout California as well as nationally. The company employs about 4,000 people—including nearly 2,000 employees with disabilities—across more than 172 worksites in the U.S.

The CMTA represents manufacturers statewide and advocates for policies that support industry growth before legislative bodies. Manufacturing accounts for $300 billion annually in California’s economy—about 10 percent of total economic output—and provides jobs for approximately 1.3 million residents.

Founded in 1966, PRIDE Industries reported annual revenue of $483 million for 2024.
