Saint Agnes Medical Center has announced the appointment of Alicia Wolfe as its new Mission Leader, joining the organization’s executive team.

Wolfe previously worked at Saint Alphonsus Health System, a sister ministry within Trinity Health’s West Region. At Saint Alphonsus, she led initiatives to support staff and leadership well-being, including the creation of a multi-department colleague care team during the pandemic. She also headed the Ethics Team and launched programs such as well-being fairs and leader formation efforts.

Wolfe holds a master’s degree in religion from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, South Carolina, where she focused on Christian education and pastoral care. Her clinical pastoral education was completed at Montclair Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham and Carolinas Health Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In her role at Saint Agnes Medical Center, Wolfe will oversee mission-centered programming that aligns with Trinity Health’s national Mission Integration strategies and operational objectives. Her responsibilities will include spiritual and vocational formation, ethics and discernment activities, as well as supporting staff through colleague care initiatives.
