Snap Inc. has announced a series of new tools and features aimed at supporting content creators on Snapchat. The company reports that over 1 billion Snaps are shared publicly each month by users, creators, and partners.

A new “Create a Video” template is now available globally on iOS. This feature allows users to create Lens-powered videos using their saved Memories. Users can select Memories, add music from Snapchat’s Sounds library, choose a template, and generate a custom video compilation.

Snapchat has also introduced expanded insights for Stories and Spotlight. According to the company, time spent viewing content on Snapchat has increased year-over-year. The new insights are intended to help creators optimize their posts and engage with audiences more effectively.

Another update is the Auto-Save Stories to Public Profiles feature. With this tool, creators can automatically save public Stories to their profiles, allowing fans to revisit favorite content beyond the usual 24-hour window. Snap Inc. says this will help creators build lasting collections of their best moments.
